It's got to be realistic please so nothing like Mirai Nikki with magical diaries or no Comedies like Oni Chan Control

definetly Heart o Uchinomese!--there are three or more couples here. Two of the chicks are really damn obsessive about getting the guy they want by any means and one involves a student-teacher relationship where the teacher is pretty damn old and that is the part I skipped but well its got what you want and the other is between two students. Well read and see, am not sure you will like it.
I believe that there is one like that in Bitter Virgin but well she is a secondary character but she is prepared to do anything to prevent the two main characters from getting together.
