Hi, I'm looking for mangas where the protagonists are an adult man and a younger girl living together under one roof. It doesn't matter what relationship they have.
It can be father-daughter like Otaku no Musume-san and Usagi Drop. Or more like a brotherly relationship like in Chokotto Sister.
It would also be interesting if the girl is in love with the older guy like in Blood Alone.
So, show me what you've got. But please no Hentai ;-). And it should not contain to much lolicon.

P.S. Im not a big fan of shoujo, but if its good, I will give it a try.

Living Game fits that pretty closely. It's good up until it focuses on architects, about two-thirds through.

Architects. WHY? Why couldn't it have been about structural engineers? sad

Because one is a term laymen are familiar with, and the other is a term professionals are familiar with, mostly.

Name recognition is important, especially since a mangaka probably has little engineering experience his or her self.

Sorry, but who would want to read about structural engineers? They just ruin the beauty of the architect's vision with all of their safety issues.

Anyway, it is shoujo, but Hana to Akuma is pretty good. I usually stick with shounen/seinen manga, but I actually like this one.
Also, Until Death Do Us Part may fit. I have just started it, but it looks to be moving in the direction that you're looking for.

Ai Hime - Ai to Himegoto, Lovesick, Jinbe, and Chocolat (KUBONOUCHI Eisaku): the girl might be too old.

Aishiteruze Baby: the boy might be too young.

If you don't mind that it's a boy and not a girl, Nicoichi would work.

In these stories, the relationship between the adult and young girl is not the main focus of the story:
In Count Cain, the lead takes in a orphan girl of the street (I think that's how it was).
Trigun would also sort of work, if you don't mind that it's more of a crew mate relationship and under hull rather than roof.

Okusama wa Joshikosei is rather ecchi, though, so fair warning. There's also Toriko - Aigan Shoujo, but that REALLY skates the line at times.

Nikoniko Nikki is really nice.
Edit: Didn't read your post too well - the adult here is a woman. It's still a really endearing manga, though.

More to your taste is Bolt and Lantern.
