What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

there are many, Cyc has some good games, TYPE-MOON's Tsukihime and Fate/Stay Night are really good(they are not that much hentay though), Yami to boushi to hon no tabibito(not much hentai either), Illusion has some games(not really that good since it doesn't have story), Dividead was a good game, some times I play some random hentai visual novels
