i want a manga (if any) about the end of the world. not after the end (post-apocalyptic) i want to see how it ends xD or about the end of humanity (like humanity at the verge of extinction) i would like it with a male lead if possible also if you know any manga about a anti-hero (like death note and such) or about someone who is trying to take over the world or is in a evil organization

Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou - hands-down the most navel-gazingly awesome example ever. It's about a woman who is a robot and therefore immortal living during the "twilight of humanity", as humanity slowly dies out due to storms and the rising of the seas, presumably caused by global warming (although there are some hints about volcanic eruptions having to do with it.) It's just about the polar opposite of exciting and action-y, though.

Have you seen the Apocalyptic category?

Note that while Milk Closet, Narutaru, and Bokurano are all very apocalyptic, I'm not entirely sure they're what you want.

edit: Oh, and Ai Ren ... which is also probably not what you're after, but I'm fairly sure it does the whole end-of-days thing. That part was kind of confusing though.
