it's about a girl who goes to a magic school and makes friends. They are not allowed to show people that they have powers(i think). in this school she meets this boy who does not seem to have any powers at all but yet he at this school.....another part is where they were trying to water in a fish tank to ice....i think his name starts with a D....does anyone know? thanks!
