What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

can't remember the title, manga with evil sister

My computer broke down soon after I started reading and now I have no clue what the manga was called, I couldn't find it anymore so I hope somone can help me out.

It is mainly about the evil older sister of this female high-school studend and how everything she does somehow gets positive attention even though she doesn't ever mean well.
The older sister is an OL and is rutheless and self-centered, and I think her looks somehow reminded me of Miwako from Peradise Kiss.
Anybody got a clue?
