What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Hi.
I'm searching for a manga where the guy is changing because he's jealous ,
Maybe the girl he likes is someone's GF s he decided to change his appearance.

Or he's girlish so he wanna change into a tough guy (I really want this theme!)

I like the appearance changing.

PS : also if u have a manga about a guy who is sick but hiding it from the girl,i also like it.
