Has potential to be good, though the story sounds vaguely familiar to Hunter x Hunter. What are your thoughts so far on one of Weekly Shounen Jump's newest addition Metalica Metaluca?

Aye its decent enough. To me the feel of the manga as a whole is more similar to Fairy Tail.
Dont think itl take top spot in any of my lists, but its standard good shounen manga.
