A player who fraternizes frequently, but he will always return to one person by the end of the day. That person should rank above his love affairs.
Example of this would be in Stardust Wink, the girl best friend went into the guy's room to bring him dinner, however the guy was spending time with his girlfriend. The girlfriend got jealous after and demanded the guy not to let the best friend into his room ever again. The guy refused lol and broke up with her. A very loose example because I dont know anything else like it.

Kirai -- most definitely!
Love @ First Sight -- Although the manga is focused on Ha-Da, Han-Se is actually quite the player as well (both are players, kinda)
D-ASH -- although it starts in elementary school, a majority of the manga is set in college (so the Perverted Boys Club actually only lasts like... one chapter?)
Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu -- kinda, he doesn't have affairs with anyone though.
