I seriously dislike how the mangaka gets off by creating dependable characters (that university guy) and then promptly killing them 10 seconds later to heighten the despair of the situation. Oku, you've used that trick over 10.000 times, okay. I knew he was gonna die in this chapter. Do something new. >.>;;

Aside from this being a manga I guess even in RL things work out that way. Some random dude comes out of nowhere to control the situation and then gets walled into the background after some time.

Although the Author has been using this concept from the very beginning it wouldn't have been much noticeable if we were reading this in Volumes rather than chapters at a time.

Frankly what I am disappointed in is that the mangaka was doing a great job of character development with good pace and uniformity earlier in the series. But now it seems to concentrate on a very few. Or maybe it it is just like I said in the above paragraph.

well the revive thingie isnt so difficult to imagine: when you know how to transform all organic information (thru scanning) about a body into digital information (for teleportation), you can actually "revive" a person that way (after having stored all aforementioned data). Memories etc are all stored in the brain: just apply some elettroshock to someone and you can "almost" easily erase his previous memories/loves etc. Lets just imagine they use uber processors to...process "lol" all this information and voila'.

Oku has a very dark sense of humor (like the movie director Chang-wook Park) so I think he does stuff like he did w/ the university guy and others just screw w/ the audience.

It was a good chap. Questions are gradually starting to get answers, but like someone else said, we're reading this chapter by chapter and it's bi-weekly so it seems pretty frustrating.

I don´t think Tae is gonna get raped, I just feel like it wouldn´t fit in with the plot and the character development.
