kotonoha did girlfriend.

In my opinion Berserk does have a huge romance aspect. Just like Gantz as you listed, it is really violent and graphic but there's other themes in the manga including a solid love interest.
Spoiler (highlight to view)
I find the sex scene between the main couple extremely touching, it's very real and based on their own insecurities. Not to mention when they are reunited, you can tell (don't want to give away the whole plot) that he'd do anything for her.

"Ai Yori Aoshi" was a standard harem anime, it was allright, but nothing special. I have seen it a long time ago though, so I don't remember much. Is manga much better than the anime?

the original is always better..

I agree with Ai Yori Aoshi I liked it enough to buy all the volumes.

If you haven't read it yet, I'd recommend Ai Yori Aoshi

[Edit] May I also suggest Koi Kaze. If you're not thrown off by the subject matter it's a heck of a read and fulfills your requirements.

Hmmm, for both of those I have only seen anime, but didn't read the manga.

As for Koi Kaze, I have nothing against incest, and I liked anime a lot, but I don't think manga will bring out a lot more story than what I saw in the anime.

As others have already pointed out, Ai Yori Aoshi is much better in manga form (although I did enjoy the anime as well), and yes they do get intimate in the end.

As for Koi Kaze, I though the manga did a much better job than the anime in portraying all the emotions involved with the situation, and is overall a much better representation of the story. It's only 5 volumes so I'd say go ahead and read it as it's a fantastic series, in my opinion.

If I remember correctly Punch! would fit. It's either that or Happy Hustle High. Same mangaka.
(Edit: it's Happy Hustle High, I can't remember how Punch ends.)

Also W Juliet ends that way I believe.
As does Until the Full Moon. But this one is a bit 'different.

All of these have strong male and female leads.

Thank you for recommendations, but both "Punch" and "Happy Hustle High" are shoujo manga. And here I am specifically looking for Shounen/Seinen manga smile I just can't stand shoujo to be honest.

W Juliet is another manga I read a long time ago, until volume 6 I believe, but I don't think they go all the way there do they? Well at least as far as I read anyway smile But the manga is very good, I'll give it that. However at the moment there are only 10 vols out of 14 scanlated, so by manga ends this way, do you mean scanlated manga ends like that, or the whole manga itself?

Until the Full Moon, emmm - this is Shounen Ai! Thanks, but I will let this one be. smile

Thank you, but I tried reading Girlfriend before and stopped, because the stories were way too short for my tastessad

Hmmm, really? To be honest I just couldn't get into Berserk manga. I saw the anime, which didn't have any romance, and tried to read manga, but it was too violent for me.
Besides, the romance where the main girl is getting raped is not my kinda thing, you know. But thank you for letting me know, based on my impressions I would never guess that Berserk could have a decent romance in it. Everyone says the Berserk is good, so I am thinking on trying it again when manga is finished smile

Wow, everyone is recommending Ai Yori Aoshi mangasmile Guess it must be really worth trying in the end. I will give it a go and see how it goes then. There is no smoke without the fire smile

Interesting. I tried reading the manga once, but I didn't like the art very much, besides, I just finished anime then, so I just dropped it. I think it's worth giving a try now though, see maybe I will like it more now smile

Although there are only a few chapters, Natsu no Zenjitsu fits
Edit: The build up may not be sufficient though

I don't know if that fit what you want but maybe Karin.
Spoiler (highlight to view)
There isn't sex or going in bed together, but since they have a child together...

Seconded. It is one of the best mangas that has romance in it, at least in my opinion.

Honeymoon Salad/Baby Leaf
Most of YAMAMOTO Naoki's manga work too, especially Believers and Dance Till Tomorrow

There is also Love Lucky. There is no sex until mid serie, i think (i don't remember it well...).

But after they've done the did once they fuck like rabbits on "hentai" drugs (yeah you know, those drugs in hentai that magically transforms women into sex slaves) almost every chapters for the rest of the story.

I think the story is kinda sweet, for once there is no real evil, just love smile sometimes that's just what people needs (specially if you did a freaking NTR read marathon before :/).

Thank you for suggestion, but there a too little chapters for me at the moment smile Should be at least a few volumes. I will need to check it out in a year or so smile

Naaaah, it's no fun then. What is the point if all the good stuff is censored? This kind of development feels more like "and they lived happily ever after" kind of thing. I saw the anime and it was pretty nice, but the story could have been so much richer if the leads would actually go intimate. Not just in Karin, but in pretty much all romance mangas.
That is the reason I am asking for suggestions here. I guess got spoiled with good romance develpments and now I find that usual romance development is quite shallow. Can be fun for a few volumes but ultimately shallow.

Wow, thanks that seems like a good selection, I will definately check them out. By the way I saw "Dance Till Tomorrow" a looooooooooong time ago, and was off-put by its graphics, but I think that shouldn't matter much to me anymore smile

Hmmm, sex in almost every chapter seems like a bit overboard for romance manga to me, but it is still better than no sex at all. Thank you I will check it out.

[Off-topic]
By the way, could you throw a few good NTR manga names my way? I was planning to do additional "looking for" thread for this later on, but since you brought it up... smile

Something like Glass no Megami, not sure if you can really call that NTR, it's more like Sakura Tsuushin were the guy love a girl but go out with another (you probably won't like it since you don't like sakura tsuushin and well i understand bigrazz )

And concerning Karin, umm the anime have nothing in common since the end is messed and is around volume 7, while the manga is in 14 volumes. But yeah you ll don't really like it either, there is no more sex (except maybe the brother xD). Damn i so wanted to see the little daughter rape her father lol (ok i m twisted but since she loved him in her previous "life" and always slip in his bed who knows...) xD

Maybe something like that for NTR : http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?category=Infidelity& exclude_genre=Hentai_Lolicon_Shotacon_Shoujo%2BAi_Shoune n%2BAi_Yaoi_Yuri&perpage=50 (filter with infidelity and without explicit sex xD) But generally in non-hentai it's the guy who cheat and not the girl >.>
(but i think NTR would be better in hentaï since it's good only if it's short and and leave a big impact)

And what do you think about Nana to Kaoru. On-going, probably no sex but bondage like that isn't bad at all xD

Hmmm, it doesn't seem to have romantic development. And it looks too hentaish for my tastes. As in having sex in the 1st chapter. Nothing wrong with that, but if there is a graphic sex in a manga right away, I would rather read hentai instead. At least there they show everything smile
I will give it a go anyway, but only because I like ecchi stuff.

Oh, and besides I think NTR is a term specifically describing a girl cheating on a guy or a girl being stolen from a guy.

Yeah, don't you just wish for some development like that? biggrin But father-daughter incest is rare even in hentai. No chance for it in a normal mangasmile
Anyway, I might give this series a try if I have some sudden craving for a cute love story, although that is not very likely.

There was nothing there for me unfortunately.
And impact is usually big if there was some character buildup beforehand. The more the better. Which obviously doesn't happen in a hentai.

I read it when it was only 8 chapters in but I liked what I saw there.
It doesn't have any romance, but the sexual tension is through the roof. A pretty unique manga I would say. It is somewhat like KissxSis in the sense that it should have turned into hentai already smile
