I tried asking in the Mangafox thread for forgotten titles but it seems that it got lost in translation. Would anyone happen to know the origin of this picture?

It says the cover is by Suzuki Tsuta featuring/special edition: Kedamono(beast/brute)...though I checked their website and there wasn't any oneshot named Kedamono in the HertZ band 28 magazine. The only oneshot in it by Suzuki Tsuta was Wild and Strawberry. It might be just a cover with a theme, since it seems that way for all the other covers for the magazine.
