What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

Good day, maiby somebody remember I am looking for manga or it's manhwa about a boy who has a heart condition and was told what he was going to die at the age of 20. He is in love with his doctor doughter. I would be wery greatfull I adore it and definately want to reread shy
