What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

ok i have read almost every possible harem manga ... i think

Please recommend me some more because some manga's have a harem but are not listed as such.

Ranma 1/2 is a harem manga you might want to check out.
but i'll warn you it's long...

If your favorite manga is Suzuka then Kimi no Iru Machi is done by the same author. Great manga.
