Okay, lol, so I need recommendations for "sexytiemz" music, that is to say, music you could get down to. Get jiggy with. You get the idea.
I would VASTLY PREFER instrumental music - something sensual and, um, slow. Sort of simmery rather than red hot? (I don't know if that makes any sense, but I hope it does.) Maybe a tinge of sophistication, as well... Hm. Foreplay music! That's it. Yes, that's what I'm looking for. Music that feels like foreplay rather than the, er, main act. I hope that makes it clear enough.
BUT if you have an excellent song with lyrics in it, go ahead and recommend it, too - as long as it has great big swathes of instrumental music in it, like, the vocals aren't the main part.
Okay, shoot! (Edit: Oh, god. I swear I didn't mean anything weird by that...)
Btw, even though this thread is about sexy music, it isn't actually about sex, so I don't think it needs to go in the 18+ section... But I leave that up to the mods' discretion.

Most of the songs from the 60's or 70's would do the trick, but what gets you and your partner in the mood might be different.
Songs by Marvin Gaye, Barry White, and Al Green are standards... but you could look into Led Zepplin and Pink Floyd.
You can also try:
Mazzy Star - Fade Into You
Iron Butterfly - In-a-Gadda-da-Vida
Jefferson Airplane - White Rabbit
Just for the hell of it...

The Beatles - Something
Eric Clapton - Wonderful Tonight
Oh, you should be okay with never listening to the songs you chose to play, ever again... just in case.
Added:
Bob Marley - Is this Love

Dang it, @tartufo! I was thinking about this yesterday night because this song came up on random on my iPod, and I thought that I was the only one in the world who thought that there are some songs that have that simmery, sultry quality -- the combination of instruments and voice... gaaah! Well, I'm reviving this thread (well, I was going to start one but found out that tartufo was on the same wavelength as me)...
Anyways... the song that brought forth this revival (the ultimate sultry song on my iPod): Snow Patrol - Somewhere a Clock Is Ticking
Then, I started searching around for other songs on my iPod that evoked this "hot" feeling, and I have:
Masha Qrella - Destination Vertical
Mellowdrone - Four Leaf Clover
Actually... now that I think about it... Mellowdrone's album Box is pretty sultry... total make-out session music / foreplay music...
Hope that there's more people who will add more to this list!

Mmmm, fresh new sexy music... Thanks so much, hobbitelf518!
I'd like to add some tracks from the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack, believe it or not... Specifically "Cosmos" (a little melancholy but oh-so-sexy), "Adieu" and ESPECIALLY "Fantaisie Sign" (don't miss it!).
Arabic 'groove' music like this and Arabic lounge music can be extremely seductive, too.

@tartufo
Are there any genres you don't like?
Would make it easier to narrow down.
This, definitely!!
Try This one
Anyways, I'll try to offer something a bit different from the rest.
José James - Desire (you can never go wrong with this guy)
Electric Wire Hustle - Waters (seriously, everything by them is sexy)
Benny Tones feat Mara TK - Fire Fly (same as above)
St. Germain - Sure Thing
Sade - Flow
Paco Fernandez feat Cathy Battistessa - Home
Hidetake Takayama feat Hus & Kissey Asplund - Madorom
Volta Masters - Longing Love
Kwality - Doug Wilson
Most of these are pretty mainstream sounding, imo..... I'll go lighter or deeper in future posts, depending on your opinion.

Ohohohohohoho~ I found mooooooooooar on my iPod as I was folding laundry today!
Nouvelle Vague - This Is Not a Love Song -- her breathy voice is so UNF! I wish I had a seductive voice...
Goldfrapp - Strict Machine
And OH! Gotta listen to Gotan Project's La Revancha del Tango album. Especially:
Una Música Brutal... damn... Argentine tango is so angsty sexy...
And to finish off this list, a dark and sexy Coldplay and Kylie Minogue - Lhuna
I kinda noticed that a lot of my "sultry" songs have a hint of danger or some kinda thrill in it, huh? It's like... conartists or two spies who face death decide to say "eff it, let's do something spontaneous!" Anyways! Will add more when songs pop up on iTunes! Muahahahahahaaaaaaaaaa.
