Must be really picky and willing to make the fixes him/herself!

As a refresher, we're a shoujo group who now mostly works on cutesy/fluffy shoujo stuff.
A few projects would be:
Hajimari no Niina
Natsumeki!!
Sengoku Danshi Hana no Ran
Miss Princess
Takamiya Satoru and Furumiya Kazuko stuff,
etc.
