any manga with reformed playboys that change because they find love. i was reading this manga called solo sex, but the seme was kind of a jerk adn spends the whole manga sleeping around. is there any where one partner really change, but it causes uncertainty in the relationship?

That's nice and all, but those are all shoujo... I'm pretty sure the OP is looking for yaois. *stares at section* O_O

I would recommend Punch Up! The seme (who is the player) is a character in other series by the managaka, but he is only a minor character there. In Punch Up! he is the main character and has a partner, but they struggle a lot, mainly because the uke doesn't trust him. It's a good read. :3
