What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

I want the main lead to be smart and always keep her cool and I want blackmail involved (The girl doing the black mail not the guy)
Or
Midnight secretary where she is smart and just kind but she can be childish
(I don't really want smut but it's okay)
