I'm kinda looking for manga/manhwa sort of about a female getting protected by a lot of guys. Sort of like she's the master, that sort of thing.

Blood + watch the anime. it's about a girl who learns that she's not actually human, but some wierd creature (i forget what) and theres only two of her species left alive and she has to kill the other one. she doesn't do much fighting for awhile, though, because this species can create chevaliers who basically fight for and protect you. the chevaliers are all male. she starts out with only one but as the series progresses she gets a couple more. and her opponent (also female) has several (also male).

Definitely Harukanaru Toki no Naka de and its sequels, also Angelique and Neo Angelique Abyss.
Hakuouki might also fit the bill. There are a number of manga spin-offs but mostly unscanlated and not really for the uninitiated, I would suggest you watch the anime. Second season started airing this month.
