What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Editors clean the scans of the chapters take out the original text and replace it with, in our case English text. You do need a Photoshop program in order to edit.

We are getting ready to start the 3rd installment of Please Save My Earth. The new title is Boku wa Chikyuu to Utau - "Boku Chikyuu" Jiseidai Hen.
