Hi everyone! This is a question for those who have read the manga and watched the anime...

I'm watching the anime right now, and I was wondering if the adaptation was close to the manga (in plot / ending / etc).

Like how... the anime for Death Note follows the manga (except for a slightly different ending -- but same plot basically)... or how the anime for Kuroshitsuji totally strays from the manga starting from episode 8 or so...

Thanks! Looking forward to your replies! biggrin

Thanks so much for letting me know! Well, it is slice-of-life... so it's kind of expected... especially by how it's going so far. *tear tear. But it's good. eyes

i used to like anime, but after i got into college...
the lack of time forced me into the world of manga...

anime
- music
- color
- action
- movies that go with it are pretty soothing
- i can get more into the mood, and feels more realistic

manga
- 9~10 times faster to finish the story
- not censored
- original story
- saves memory
- easy to go back and forth, i need time rather than going back few seconds on a player

I WISH they extended berserk
i didnt like too much of the "band of the hawks" season
but i guess rights issues and budget issues too...
it would take ALOT of time and resources to maintain such complicated story and art as berserk

The anime always makes me cry on the last episode, it's one of the saddest touching scenes ever about broken love.... :'(
