well not really "ugly"... it could be they had some big change. (example: Katsubou no Manazashi chapter 4- he was small before but then grew bigger) I'm actually looking for a years change. but if you find one where they just get a make over that'll be fine
(also if you have some where the seme has the same experience, that's cool too)

Sweet Bitter Candy Uke is chubby but loses the weight.
Koiyami Archive chapter 1 gets a make over.
The ones below are same general idea but it's the seme who gets the makeover. Also none of them are really "ugly", most are just scruffy.
