I was looking for this manga that I can't remember much about. Basically in high school setting where a boy dates the 'prince' of the class and the prince tries to hold himself back so he doesn't ruin the other boy's image of him. And I think he may have had a nosebleed when they finally do the deed (but i'm not too sure if he did or not)...
