Its a yaoi manga with a tan male and a younger male with pale skin and glasses, I remember seeing it on a magazine cover and it looked like a student and a teacher

Although it met SOME of your requirements, I'm pretty sure my guess is wrong on this one. But I'll give it a shot anyways. Could it be Oni ni Hatsujou?
