An Education. A really great film.

Kick-Ass 2 - quite entertaining, but could've been better.

Isis rising:curse of the lady mummy
this could be one of the worst movies i have ever seen
a porn actress who is famous for being an awful actor
and she is not even the worst actor in this movie
it is so godhelpmeB00RING...atleast in the 70sand 80s they had the good taste of showing nude girls/sex scenes when they knew the movie they made was shit
now all we get is BOOOOOOORING ppl being bad actors sitting around talking about boring things

Oh yes, An education was really good!
Now You See Me - not fantastic, but it was entertaining + had some fine actors. The sequel is already announced.

The Conjuring. I like horror rpgs and stuff, but I feel like the movies are never scary enough. That and there was a WHOLE ROW of middle/high school girls behind me. They ruined it. I should have waited for it to come out so I could watch it by myself in the basement.

The Man from Nowhere. SO good. In fact I'm desperately hunting for another movie like that (great fight sequences, amazing direction, and a hot MC <3]

Shaun of the Dead and The World's End. I liked the former's blend of bizarre humour and horror although I felt that its satiric elements weren't as poignant as in Hot Fuzz.
The World's End deviated a bit from the Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy's original balance. It had a darker undercurrent and more action, while character development and comedy fell a bit short in comparison to the other films.
All in all, I enjoyed the last installment a lot, but if I had to choose, I'd say Hot Fuzz was the best.

To be savoured:
- Blood Alone by TAKANO Masayuki
- Otoyomegatari by MORI Kaoru
- Gangsta. by Kohske
- Seishun Kouryakuhon by AKIZUKI Sorata

Watched Battle Royale and Battle Royale 2. Quite entertaining, both were. (Also should mention that I watched both these movies many years ago).
The first was way more gritty and dark than the second, heck even given a harsher age rating than the second.
The second was a bit over-the-top and had a lot of over-acting, but was a pretty good follow-up to the first.
Hunger Games is an awesome series, but in comparison, watching Battle Royale makes me realize how terrible it truly would be to have to participate in one of those kinds of fighting tournament.

Rurouni Kenshin
I'd never have guessed that a live-action based on a manga could actually be worth watching. Ta-dam. Starring Sato Takeru as the main actor did help a lot ^.^=

I watched Black Swan for the first time and it's probably one of the best movies since somewhere around 2005, excluding There Will Be Blood.

Watched Kurt Wimmer's Ultraviolet the other day. A Martial Arts/ Science-Fiction film starring Milla Jovovich whose setting and atmosphere impressed me the most. All gamers who have played Mirror's Edge and adored its art style ought to watch it. This is where its setting came from.

The 256 minutes (4 hours 16 minutes) version of Once Upon a Time in America. I didn't much manage to make any more sense though. I'd like to see the six hour plus version.

Riddick and White House Down.
I had barely any expectations for both so I was quite pleased.
