What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Maybe one of these?:
- Akuma de Sourou (I read it quite a while ago though, but from memory the male lead had a really horrible personality?)
- Haru/Kyo from Fruits Basket (They're both pretty bishie, but Haru doesn't really have a horrible personality, only when he goes 'black'; and Kyo doesn't really either, but he's not really a chick magnet either.)

Really late but i think Watashi to watashi is a perfect fit. The guy steals people's bike seats and gets off to them. Huge loser pervert. Its short though.
