Lauri x Elizabeth from Dear my Girls (this pairing actually doesn't exist, it's just my wish and it won't end up nicely for both of them imo. What a pity! T_T)
Ittoki x Nanami from Uta no Prince-sama (Got feelings too fast, but still cute.)
Zero x Yuuki from Vampire Knight (I'm not rooting for Kaname... )
Anise x the first Rose Knight (forgot his name) from Barajou no Kiss. No progress yet... but I'm sure it'll come sooner or later.

I only watch anime for Special A and i quite like it ..
but for manga i love couples from kyou koi wo hajimemasu and L-DK ,
and i will try read koukou debut because it seems the manga really had huge fans

I would say Sawako and Kazehaya from Kimi ni Todoke since they're both so cute. Reading about their relationship is so sweet, I could puke. Noriko and Izark from From Far Away are a good couple too.

EDIT: I can't believe I forgot about Zen and Shirayuki from Akagami no Shirayukihime. The way they treat each other equally is something I don't see often in manga.
