"Oxymoronic" or "Quintessential"
I just like saying them for some odd reason.

"Regenwürmchen"....it's a cutesy way of saying earthworm in German. Don't know why I like it, it's just cute.

I also really like the word "fondling"....it has a sexy, dirty ring to it. But I might have just read one yaoi or hentai too many. laugh

For some reason, I always think of the Spanish word "cascabeles" whenever someone asks about my favorite word. It's not really my favorite word, it's just sort of fun to say.
EDIT: That means "jingle bells" in Spanish - the instrument as well as the song.

I do rather like "floccinaucinihilipilification," but there aren't too many opportunities to work it into a sentence. (Yes, that one is a real word. Look it up - especially if you think it is a stupid word but you don't even know what it means yet. bigrazz )

And for completely made-up words that friends and I use all the time:
"equinecroflogiphilia" - The act or preference of beating dead horses.
"equinecroflogiphobia" - The fear of beating dead horses.
"equinecroflogiphile" - One who beats dead horses.
laugh

(For those not familiar with the English idiom "to beat a dead horse" - it's a common phrase used to indicate that someone keeps on bringing up a particular topic long after everyone else has stopped talking/arguing about it, and no one else wants to talk about it anymore, so everyone groans when the topic is raised again.)

My favorite word is "smock". I think that's mostly because I rarely get to use it in a sentence though, or perhaps I simply read too much Calvin and Hobbes as a kid.

"petrichor" - love both the way it sounds and its meaning:
the smell of the earth that accompanies the first rain after a long dry spell. smile wink grin
