What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

I would recommend Under Grand Hotel. This portrays the life of prisoners in an American Prison. It's rather realistic I would say since rape happen very frequently there.

I would suggest the second chapter of http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=3353. It involves the uke getting raped in the past and the result of it in the present: prostitution, addiction to drugs, etc. It even affects his recent lover's life.Very realistic and bittersweet. You'll love it eyes
