@Sooky: its not useless in fact it's pretty handy, especially since there is quite a few fans that want to learn Japanese at one point.
Its also quite handy for me as well considering i'm studying Japanese and tend to read most of many in Japanese lately

In order to make a new category, you first need a series that has it.

Netorare can be even without girlfriend stolen. For example the guy can idolize the girl from afar and then see her going out (and some details of sex) and it causes him anger/jealousy/rage and per it fro the reader who takes the hero's POV (which is why NTR is often called rage manga).
GE for example is Netorare manga though no real stealing happens because Utsu wasnt even going out with Shou (they only planned to), but it still falls under nTR category even though the level of rage intensity is smaller than a true type A NTR.

As in a person gets to a point were everything shuts down... and the character just can't deal with the crap that's going on in the story.
If you read some of the series in the category... you can make your own definition for the category. Also, the link was the first one search result in google.

So... flowery language... what? lol There's no way to tell how difficult it is to read since majority are reading scanlations. What a useless tag.
I added that tag myself 'cos:
1) it was to prevent confusion with tags like eroguro(I'm referring to the lighter type), surreal(the story might not really fall under that), etc. and it would have some use for people interested in content with similar atmosphere(read point 2) and also those who are trying to dwelve into non-translated Japanese content. There're cases where I've seen people add anything under the sun, when they can't find an appropriate or equivalent tag.
2) Tanbi isn't just about flowery language and uncommon kanji/words, it's about dark and decadent atmosphere, utterly beautiful and often androgynous males and if I'm not wrong, that's what many early June publications used to be like.
