lol...same with about a lot of people here: sailor moon.
i watched it about when i was 4...i dont remember much except one movie with the heart of ice...
later, i re-watched the entire thing, and i guess that's why im obsessed with manga/anime now, though i dont read much of the shoujo genre anymore. D:

My first anime was Cardcaptor Sakura. My friend got me hooked. My first manga was Fruits Basket, because I'd loved the anime so much that I wanted to know the rest of the story.

Now I read much more manga than I do anime, but I'm super glad that I watched Fruits Basket ages ago, otherwise I might never have discovered the wonders of manga. biggrin

first anime that I've watched AS an anime was inuyasha
first manga?..... bleach/chrno crusade. I liked chrono crusade better. xP

Ofc, there was pokemon before that but it doesn't really count

the first anime i saw was tenchi muyo when i was really little(probably between 4 and 6) because my brother watched it

the first manga was naruto when i was 7

Nyahahah... My first ever manga was Doraemon and my first ever anime was Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon. Old times, old times. I think I first saw Sailor Moon on TV when I was 3 or 4 years old...

first anime - "Space Adventure Cobra". oh, and "Galaxy Express 999". in nineties, year 96-98, i think. but i was a kid and knew nothig about anime. i thought it (cobra and express) was kinda only ones of a kind.

first manga - "Keion!". yep. and not so long ago.

I started reading manga 2 years ago and my first one is Sekirei, but my first ANIME was Doraemon way back from my elementary days about 8 y/o, If my memory is correct. By the way I'm from Philippines and during my time it's the only vice of my childhood friends to go to our neighbor's house and watch the anime through there window. laugh
