What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)

first anime (excluding pokemon, digamon etc) was Mamotte! Lollipop see it when i was around 9

Anime: Yugioh
Manga: Can't remember some scifi/mecha manga I got as a present when I was about 7 years old. I didn't like it and it took me over 10 years until I gave mangas a shot again. But today I'm sure lucky I did biggrin

If I remembered correctly,
my first anime was "Cardcaptor Sakura" when I was 4,
and the first manga that I've read was "Last Game" at age 14. smile

Anime: Either Iria: Zeiram the Animation or Project A-ko.
Manga: I don't remember exactly, but I'm pretty sure it was Pokemon Adventures or The Electric Tale of Pikachu.
