Hii... i am looking for manga (shounen or seinen) that have anti hero as the main protagonist.

The protagonist should not be wimpy girlie or coward. More like an assholes and violent and selfish are acceptable. It will be better accompanied with a tragic past to justify why he become like that.

No shounen-ai, yaoi, yuri, harem, reverse harem and hentai.

Someone like Taishou from Akaboshi. Ah.. i am still grieving over Akaboshi cancellation lol.

And if you don't mind a funny little kid as an anti-hero, try Senki Senki Momotama. biggrin

Thank you guys for replying.

@leiyepewei: i have been meaning to read Beserk actually, but i still need to prepare my heart with all the violent and bloody gore and rape kinda thing but i did read Ubel Blatt though i think Beserk is more violent.

I also read Death Note and i am one of those who stop reading after a particular person died.

I never pass reading vol 1 of SAO although i know a lot of people swear by it. Maybe i will read it one day, but the protagonist is not the one that i am looking for.

I watch One Outs anime and really like it. So reading the manga can wait. Maybe after the scanlations complete.

I read Code Breaker regularly but again Oogami is a nice kid >.<

@unusuallove: You mean Ciel?

And for the rest no clue about it, I will try to read Hoshi no Samidare first kind of the lightest one from the list?!

I read Zetman and Jackals already.

Tsukihime is based on visual novel or dating sims i think. I know i am bias. But since a lot of people recomend it i should give it a try.
