Yes, I desperately need a good manga to read. It's like a itch that won't go away.

So here's what I'm kind of looking for:

Last time I wanted something like kimi wa pet (the whole taking someone in scenario) and I still do but I'm now also looking for something like:

I want a romance between two friends that end up together no matter how long it takes (though if it's like over 100 chapters I'll probably get really impatient).
It can be either they didn't realize the feelings toward each other or they did but they didn't say anything. Ex. One already has a boyfriend or girlfriend.
The friends should have known each other for awhile or are just close even after they just met.
No yaoi or yuri.
I don't want smut.
It would be cool if it were unexpected.
I'm usually a sucker for something really cute but not too cliche... like penguin revolution!

A good example would be... Cat Street
I loved that even after years they still ended up together. I predicted they would but I wasn't sure.

Please do not recommend something like kimi no iru mach. It would make me sad.

I find this series infuriatingly addicting... perhaps that's just me. It's more unpredictable than it looks, but can be quite annoying at times. I wouldn't say it's overly unique story-wise, but the characters are somewhat interesting. It isn't complete, though.

Stardust Wink They've been friends forever, but she doesn't think that it's possible to fall in love with a childhood friend.

MAX Lovely They've been best friends forever, but she never realized she liked him.

It's okay even if the two aren't really super preppy friends. I prefer a more down low main character anyway.

She becomes friends with two guys when she begins to work as their manager (I think) . . . anyway, one of them begins to really like her, and it's looking like she'll end up with him (though we can't be sure because the manga is still ongoing)

Akagami No Shirayukihime
They become friends before they are anything else. Eventually he does confess to her, but he puts it off because he knows that they shouldn't be able to be together (it would be a spoiler if I told you why).

Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles
They were childhood friends, and they were in love, even though neither of them had confessed to the other. Then she loses all her memories (of him and everyone else) and so now he can't confess, because she doesn't even know who he is.

Vampire Knight
They've seriously been really good friends for a long time. At first he didn't confess to her because a) she was in love with somebody else and b) he was a vampire. Later on he doesn't confess for other reasons.

If you asked me a month ago who she was going to end up with, I'd have said that I had no clue, but after the most recent chapter, I'm 90% sure she'll end up with her friend.

Btw, I love Penguin Revolution. Though I was surprised at how indecisive the ending was . . .
