I've been wondering latly as i scroll down an endless list of manga. Why are some of them are called what they are?
Some are obvious like Naruto, It's called naruto cause, it's the name of the main character.
others not so obvious but once you read it you will soon understand why it's called was it is.

Why are these manga called what they are?
Bleach ( i've read nearly 400 ch and i still don't know why)it could be the world literally definition, but i don't see what thats got to do with the manga)
Zippy Ziggy
Chobits
Domu
Sukimasuki i probably wasn't paying attentionn in this one, the manga was eird by itself any ways.
The Breaker i've only read the 2 volumes. i still want to know why.

chobits is mentioned in the manga. persecons are the standard robots, while chobits are the more advanced ones

well for the main character in sukimasuki this refers to a person who has a fanatical interest in spaces, gapes, cracks etc

Well the main reason is of course to have something Trademark-able. Foreign words are good for that as is random gibberish sounds.

And once they use hose they usually stick it in at some random point as a title drop, but that's often obviously made as a reference to the title, not the other way around. So expect some sort of "Bleach" power up in Bleach eventually.

The Breaker and The Breaker: New Waves

The world of martial arts (Murim) follow certain laws in order to preserve itself and
keep it self hidden from the eyes of those who live in the ordernary side,
those who break such rule or are considered dangorus to the community (world of Murim)
are mentioned as Breakers, and the Master of the Main Charater is an outlaw (Breaker)
and the main charater also rejects the way of the Murim and can therefore also be refered to
as a Breaker.

In the sequl its about the younger generations, the so to say new wave of great martial artists.

I'm pretty sure bleach has to do with the color white and white is the color of death in japan.

I always thought it was called Bleach because bleach is a cleaner, and shinigami cleans up the hollows.

Wow for all these years I thought the title had something to do with Ichigo's hair colour.

Don't know why I thought so (must have read it somewhere but I've no confidence in the source) but..
I thought it referred to the bleach-white bone of hollow masks.
