I want to read a romance that has a lovey-dovey couple as the main characters. Something sweet rather than dramatic.

They don't have to be the type that end all their sentences with hearts when talking to each other (though that's not bad) - one could be the silent type while the other is the romantic type, or one could be the innocent type while the other is the energetic type, anything works just as long as you can tell they're in a happy lovey-dovey relationship.

The problems they might have would likely be outer conflicts, like maybe their social statuses don't let them be together, or one of them catches a cold while the other frets, etc. But inner conflicts could also work - for example, one might have a fear of being touched due to past abuse - just as long as it doesn't cause major emotional rifts between the couple.

Manga, novel, anime - anything as long as it's good. ^^ But no hentai or excess ecchi or smut, please.

Examples:
Aki and Hiromi from Rutta & Kodama
Asou and Hikaru from Sora Log
Claire and Chane from Baccano!
Izark and Noriko from From Far Away
Seiji and Mika from Durarara!!
Tsuzuki and Ryou from Mankai Darling
Zebb and Rain from Neo Arcadia

What I DON'T want:
Characters with insecurities about the relationship
Character "not being honest" with the other person (too proud, tsundere, etc)
Character who teases the other person more often than not

Bonus points for innocent sweet love (From Far Away, Neo Arcadia)!

Thank you!

Ai yori Aoshi Oblivious choice. Very good romantic manga. Sweet good ending included.
Aa Megami-sama The male lead is little bit passive, but overall manga is great.
Both mangas have some ecchi moments, but not between main couples.

If you liked From far away, some of her other series also have uncomplicated love relationships (as uncomplicated as shoujo manga gets...) Otogimoyou Ayanishiki

Otoyome-gatari
Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou I think there was minor romance in this one...
Love so Life
Akkan Baby
Guys After Marriage
Kurozuka The drama is outside of their relationship, but it's pretty in-your-face. Just throwing this one out there.

No. There wasn't.

If you don't mind GL, then definitely Wife & Wife and probably also Ameiro Kouchakan Kandan.

I watched Aa Megami-sama a long time ago, I'll try reading the manga. Currently reading Otoyomegatari, very good, the only wish I might have would be a bit more lovey-dovey-ness. Currently reading Love So Life, quite adorable, only wish would be more romantic development. Already read Akkan Baby, the focus is more on comedy than romance than I'd prefer, but it's otherwise good.

Just read Otogimoyou Ayanishiki, pretty good. =) Read Ai yori Aoshi, but I'm not really a fan of the character personalities, especially the girl's. Guys After Marriage, quite nice. Kurozuka, a bit more mature than I'd want, but their passion for each other does fit. Tried out Wife & Wife and Ameiro Kouchakan Kandan, and they do fit, but I don't really like the moe-ness. I'll look through the rest! Thanks!

I'd like to add this: bonus points for innocent, sweet, loving couples! As seen in From Far Away and Neo Arcadia~ Please keep the recommendations coming!

Beast Master - They don't become an official couple until later on, but they were lovey-dovey as friends.
MAX lovely - Same case as the above smile

/edit/
Can't believe I forgot to mention Ai Hime. There's also Hatsukare and Kimi ni Todoke. All of them are very soft, fluffy romances where you can't help but smile because the couple is just so loving/adorable.
