I"m currently reading The Three Musketeers. Fun stuff. Before that, I finished The Picture of Dorian Gray, which was fantastic. I'm planning to read The Hunger Games soon because my last essay of my Composition 2 class is over that book.

I just started reading Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follet and it's pretty good, I heard it gets better as you keep reading. Have you ever heard of The Mark of the Lion series by Joan Rivers? They're considered religious fiction and I myself am not Christian but I found them strangely addicting... Hm, do you like modern fiction or any classic literature? There are many interesting books from each time period and genre...

I just finished reading the Watch series
(Night Watch, Day Watch, Twilight Watch and Last Watch), by
Sergei Lukyanenko,
It has a bit of everything...fantasy, mystery...

Let the Right One In by John Ajvide Lindqvist is a really good book too!

The Dark Angel Trilogy By Meredith Ann Pierce

Vampirates by Justin Somper

I have never read/seen I am number 4, but the books I just listed have some action, some romance, fantasy, mystery, and they are well written.

The percy jackson series by Rick Riordan is a very light easy read but i found the mythology and comical take on it quite enjoyable if you haven't read that series yet i would give it a try.

A book i read that caught me by surprise is one about deer called Fire Bringer by David Clement-Davies. There was a moment in the book when i in a sense forgot i was human and got goosebumps upon reading they had discovered a human's scent. After a moment or two i gathered myself and laughed really hard because it had caught me by surprise. Anyways i really recommend this one.

There is also a book called Eyes Like Stars by Lisa Mantchev which had lots of fantasy elements in it and more. I found it refreshing in its setting which is at the theatre. It was very interesting a new world. biggrin

Second Th1rteen R3asons Why by Jay Asher. It's such a good book.
Ellen Hopkins books are good too. Her books are written in verse, so it's a quick read, but it's really good.
I also enjoyed Living Dead Girl by Elizabeth Scott, which is another dark story. It's also a short, quick-read.
I'm currently reading Night by Elie Wiesel and from what I heard from a lot of my friends, it's a good book. It's about the Holocaust.
I read The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien in high school, but I really liked the book. It's about the Vietnam War.

As a romance fan I of course read romance books as well. Historical romance is my fav genre and my fav author by far is Johanna Lindsey, best romance ever ESP her Malory series. Also another one of my fav series is Bloody Jack Adventures. Probably the only time I've ever read about romance + strong and manipulative female lead that have all the men she meets practically eating out of her fingers! It's just amazing you should read it. Like there was this one time Jacky had to be a prostiute to get some info and she still emerged as a virgin, that definitely took skill eyes

my favourtite series of books is Kim Harrisons Hollows series. You have to get past the first 2-3 chapters though because its a slow start but it gets so much better. Also Tithe and Ironside by Holly Black are good too.

A few days ago I finished reading Jonathan L Howard's Johannes Cabal the Detective

It was just as excellent as the first book, and I really, really recommend that people read it. This series needs more attention

Hum... There are too many other series that I love for me to name off...

its not about suicide itself
its about how sometimes we hurt people without noticing
