Oniichan no Koto Nanka Zenzen Suki ja Nai n da kara ne!! fits for 1, though you find out they're not blood related quite early on in the series, but the brother still thinks she thinks hes her brother, but she knows that he isnt really her brother and the brother knows she isnt really his sister.... its complicated k?

Edit: Onegai Twins fits for 2, though i've not read it myself

I hope you know that most people who read incest manga don't believe in it in real life, any more than someone who reads a manga about rape or murder believes that those things are okay. Please don't judge the Japanese people based off of one of the many topics of their comics.
