First: This was a romance manga in which the main character was going out with a shrine girl and later the shrine girl became a model and they broke up. I remember there was this huge deal about a necklace gift for a birthday that was huge for the main character, other than that, I don't remember much. Hope this helps, I'll edit and add more information as I remember more bits about the story. It was a shounen for sure.
Second: This manga started with a boy on a farm with pigs, whose dad asks him to inherit the farm, instead he refuses and runs away with a wealthy girl during her forced marriage. They runaway to Tokyo to start a life by themselves. There was also something about roommates coming into their rooms and how the main character wasn't able to find a job. He was also taken into a love hotel by a girl when his lover was searching for him when they got separated. Once again, I hope this helps and will edit if I remember more.
