Hello, I'm looking for manga with main characters who are pretty much identical in their personalities, like, if one is a pervert, the other is a pervert, or if one is crazy, the other is crazy, one if them is hyper, the other is hyper... Like that (only much more precise).

I'm also looking for the title of a manga...
Boy X has a crazy girlfriend, and he tries to run away from her (I think he wears glasses? Looks nerdy?) and he ends up at some ryokan and there is a girl in a coffin but she comes back to life, also, the girlfriend tracks him down and cuts up his insides but for some reason he doesn't die from it... He doesn't get along with one of the females there and the coffin-lady says that they have the same exact personality, which offends them.

I don't know about having completely identical personalities... but --

Sukimasuki -- both have an odd fascination with "voyeurism"
R-18 -- both are perverted. Totally tongue-in-cheek manga (not safe for work though)
24 Colors -- both communicate their emotions through art.
Kimi wa Girlfriend -- both have habits that are usually assigned to the other gender in social norm? (They're both weird, basically...) -- rather a stretch for this request maybe?

Lovely Complex Otani and Risa are pretty much alike.
