Since benippon has closed down i am looking for a new RAW manga online store, hopefully one where you can also special order items, that are not in stock. Can someone recommend a good website for me, please.

Seriously. Don't write RAW as if it has some kind of special meaning. (Well, it does have a kind of special meaning, which is: a file format.) Also, raws means the scans, not the books.

And now that we've cleared that up, I recommend bk1, if you know a bit of Japanese.
Yesasia is a decent choice if you want relatively new/popular stuff and don't know any Japanese.
If you need anything that's difficult to find, be it because it's out of print or just not very popular, Acclimate is King.
