I need some help remembering the title of some shoujo oneshots.

1. One day girl ends up living alone after her parents go abroad. The next day some guy shows up to be her housekeeper. He gets sick and the girl buys lots of canned peaches because they're supposedly good for sick people. Then she arranges the cans to spell out "I love you." Or maybe it was the guy that spelled it out? Happy Peachy Keen End.

There were also two other series I read with canned peaches being given to sick people. Not that I expect anyone to find those. I'm just rambling now...

2.Girl likes some guy that rides the same bus as her. One time, on the bus, she falls down and her skirt flips up. Rather than get up, she lies motionless like a fool. Luckily a solar eclipse darkens the sky and distracts everyone. Turns out the guy she likes has the power to control the moon. He confesses to her. Happy Super Moon End. Might be a few chapters instead of a oneshot.

The second story is in the 5th volume of I Wish... it's one of my favorites.
The girl relates her story to magician K.

btw, could you tell me the name of the manga in your signature? I've forgotten the name. biggrin

Thank you! smile That's the one, but I found it at the end of vol.4. I can't believe I forgot it was part of I Wish... I was looking through oneshots. No wonder I couldn't find it.

My sig is from Yotteke! Otoko Mura.

Still need help with the first one. It might have smut. Possibly part of a collection.

Ah, I've definitely read this! But I can't find it!
I'm pretty sure the girl initially doesn't like the housekeeper guy and tries to run away. And then in true shoujo girl style, gets sick because she ran around in the rain. When she wakes up, she finds the guy has been taking care of her and has fallen ill himself? And she goes to the kitchen and finds he's bought her all these peaches to make her feel better, and she has a bit of a cry or something, and then arranges the peach cans.
(I think anyway, my mind could be playing tricks on me.)
Ahhh I wish I could find it - I'm sorry!

Now that you mention it that's just how the story goes. Thanks for filling in the details and trying to help! I think it was the third story in a collection. A useless thing to remember even if I'm right about that. lol. I believe it was scanlated at least two years ago.

You know... once we find this... we gotta add "peaches" to the category tag or something...

Wow this feels nostalgia for me, reading a post I made over two year ago. I would like to know the name of this story too. Old or new manga style I wonder?

I definitely read this and unless someone has really damn good memory or has read it recently it will be impossible to find. Back when I read it the series page did not have a summary for this oneshot but it did have one for the main story and some other one.

Unfortunately I can't even recall the other stories. I've exhausted the category tags this could have fallen under. Hope others have better luck. =/

Thanks for the monkey bump!
You got my hopes up. lol.

So in the last month, with the help of MU and online readers, I combed through about 1000 series. I also rechecked my lists and my archives, skipping over anything too obvious or mainstream. (Please don't tell me this is part of Skip Beat! Or that it is now part of a psychological horror collection...)

There was definitely no description back then. The only thing I remember about the main story was how unremarkable it was and how this oneshot was the one redeeming factor.

Almost 3 years! I hate when I can't remember something.
