Hi smile

I would love to read a good, interesting and not so cliche shoujo with many pairings. Not where one girl - mainly the protagonist - gets all the boys or where she has to choose. I want a romance manga where there are more then one couple and of course it would be nice it manga could also sometimes focus on each couple.

I tried Cat Street, Hana yori Dango, Hanazakari no Kimitachi e but they all were about one couple sad

So far I read all Tanemura Arina's works but I'm not a little teenage girl anymore and they are too sweet and cliche for me now bigrazz but I enjoyed reading Koukou Debut so anything like this would be nice^^

Thanks in advance! biggrin

Fruits Basket does this absolutely.

There is a love triangle with the main character and two guys, but other than that there are tons of other couples. Like, I can think of ten right off the top of my head, and they all have at least one whole chapter dedicated to them, as well as being a substantial part of the rest of the plotline.

And though the series starts off kind of silly and very shoujo-y, later down the line it becomes more intense and deep and reeeeeaaaaallllllly interesting. Plus it's a classic that every shoujo fan should read.

First ones I think of are Lovely Complex, Kimi ni Todoke, and I ♥ HS.

I would also suggest checking the Multiple Side Couples and Multiple Relationships categories if you haven't already.

You could give a try to Musunde Hiraite (MINASE Mayu). It's not shoujo, it's seinen, but it's really good. Each one of the first chapters introduces you to a new pair and each of the characters has some kind of relation to the other, like girl A likes boy B and girl C likes boy D. And for example, girl A and C are sisters and boy B and D are friends. Just an example.

It is also exactly what you're looking for when you ask for the manga to focus on each couple because they are all protagonists.

Give it a try. Only 11 chapters done but more will come! (If I find a translator, that is.) smile

Not really a shoujo, cause it's Korean webtoon and stuff, but Story of Someone We Know is super cute. And that's like the whole basis, to tell the stories of these three different girl, who are each in some type of relationship~

Principal by Ikuemi Ryo. Kekeke.
Read it Online

Shameless plug? No, I really mean it. I really love this manga and that's why I keep recommending it. Everyone else has mentioned most of what I could think of, but another shoujo series that focuses on different couples is Love Com, which is an awesome read as well.
