1) Romance manga with a mature female lead. I don't want her to be all conceited that she is more mature than everyone else. It must be in her point of view. I don't want her to be the type to easily start blushing (though there can be situations where she does blush).
2) Romance manga with a female lead that dislikes the male lead in the beginning. Again, it must be in her point of view. I don't want her to easily give in to the male lead. I have seen many manga where the female lead just immediately changes her mind about him because of a few pretty words.
I am looking for a manga that is like one of these 2 options. If there is a female lead that is both mature and dislikes the male lead then please do mention it!!! Also, tell me which option goes with which manga, please!!

1)
Akagami No Shirayukihime She's a mature person, but she definitely wouldn't see herself that way
Ciel Yep. She's very sure of herself. But in this case, I'm not sure if she's more mature than the other characters. They're all pretty mature.
2)
Maybe Kaichou Wa Maid-Sama? But she blushes a lot. And even though she doesn't give in easily, she's such a stereotypical character. The whole plot is super cliche.
I'm sure I'll think of more, but right now I'm tired. Sorry.

I think Show Princess. She's an orphan so I think that makes her more mature than people around her age

I second Gakuen Alice for request #2
Edit: Ahhhh! I thought of a really good one for your second request! Chiro Star Project! She's hated him like the whole manga, as well she should, considering what he's done to her so far.

Hmm... for the second one, I'd suggest... probably anything by Hidaka Banri, but especially Sekai de Ichiban Daikirai. The title of that one says it all. She despises him and all he stands for.
Immortal Rain may fit both. She is rather young but very mature, and she doesn't like him at first: in fact, she considers it her job to chop his head off. Although she's a very mature character, she is also young, and it sometimes shows.
Kirai also works. I realize that all the manga I've suggested so far have very strange art styles. I promise they're good, though...
Also, anything by Tsukuba Sakura will probably fit one or both of your requests. She generally writes mature, self-sufficient heroines who are tough to win over.
