1) I think it may have been manhwa. Or manga.
2) i think it was something about twins who hadn't met before. And they went to live with their father in Seoul, I think. There might also have been a third sister.
3) I think the genre was probably slice of life or some other genre. But I can't seem to find it. There are over 1000 titles under "slice of life" or "twins", after all.

It might be Shiwhamong , though I'm not totally positive. It's a manhwa, there are triplets, and they're looking for their father it seems.
