a girls mother gets married and her new step brother is an actor. i remember there was a girl into the main guy, and tries to manipulate him into being with her. the brother is afraid for the girl so he pretends to go along with the woman, and to stay faithful to the main girl he reopens an injury so he wont have to sleep with the girl.

i remember the guy even giving the girl posters of himself since she is a fan and is upset when he tore her posters of him...
