Any good manga titles that are either action, sci-fi, adventure, fantasy, etc?
Also, shonen and seinen titles only.
Sorry if this is brief, but that's all I could think of.

I love series with epic storylines too!
These are all good ones:
Mahou Sensei Negima! - starts out harem and then, a few volumes in, undergoes a rapid genre shift into an epic fantasy battle manga.
Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle - similar to the above in that it's initially a light-hearted series that changes substantially after a certain point.
Gantz - awesome and kinda weird. Recent chapters not as good, but address backstory.
Berserk - you're missing out if you don't read this. Ten kinds of badass and disturbing.
One Piece - obvious!
Hunter x Hunter - better than it looks
Hellsing - dracula trolls all

I second Berserk; can't get any more epic than that.
