What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I'm having the hardest time trying to figure out what that manga's name is. It's about a girl who's looking for her fantasy prince and a guy who tricks her into thinking he likes her and then bullies her by cutting her hair. He also used to bully her when they were children. If anyone could help me figure what which manga this is I would be grateful. smile
