I want to read a manga with a character with extreme physical strength (almost gag-like, like throwing a rock with the power of a cannon or lifting half a ton or more like a toy).
The character can be muscular or slender, male or female, prefer it to be action.
Only example I can think of is Photon or even Marvel Comics' HULK (characters like Superman are not accepted because they have too many powers, so limited to 1-2 powers that are combat related can have unlimited powers unrelated to combat like intelligence or healing)

First one to come to mind is Toriko^^
Also, isn't Dragon Ball just like that?
Ao no Exorcist well, it's not "extreme" strength but Rin is a LOT stronger than your average person^^
Maybe also Hoshi no Samidare? I know she's strong but I can't really remember just HOW strong^^"
And the second main character from Harukaze Bitter Bop seems just like that (at least he survives being run over by trains and cars o___O)
Ranma 1/2 also seems to fit^^

Berserk which is my favorite but a little dark, and One Piece which is also very good both got very strong characters.

Out of all these only Toriko and Hoshi no Samidare fit the others are just really strong or have too many powers that make the person extreme physical strength seem not so extreme.

This is a pretty good example because he easily shoves people into concrete.

Kongou Banchou fits very well, I mean in the first chapter he carries a car on his shoulder like a cardboard box.
Aiki_ does not count because he doesn't really use physical strength but instead uses a massive amount of skill.
