I don't believe that translation made by a machine is gonna make any sense...japanese is too complicated for that.
I hope I'm wrong, as it's such a funny invention, lol...

I agree with that too, there is no way that would be true, because some japanese doesn't translate into english

Yeah there are many words where you have to have background info or some such. I doubt that the machine will be able to infer such information. And then there are words like 萌-moe which have no true translation to english ( yes, cute comes near to the right definition but still misses the mark.) I would also be willing to bet it will give strictly literal definitions which can make any sentence all but impossible to understand. No, I think I'll stick with my kanji dictionary and own brain thanks. ;)
